Finally I'm blogging as promised....this one's for you Tres!!

Enjoy these pics of Noah, sorry that it has literally been forever since I have posted!!! These were taken in the middle of October of 2009, man he looks so different from last October's pics! Noah is still quite the peanut he weighs 21 pounds, but my pediatrician promised that toddlers can be very picky eaters. My policy is butter on everything, and cookies for snacks. No seriously!! I have kept busy with tutoring, and I've been subbing here and there to earn extra money. Steven is about to finish his second semester of PA school in the middle of December, we are counting down the days. His program is pretty rigorous with a big test every Monday. Talk about stress......but we know the didactic phase (classes) only last until August of 2010, and then he will start rotations. We are very excited that Grammy Pammy has moved to Bountiful, Noah is getting spoiled with all the love of having two Grandma's that live so close! He loves playing with Riley, Grammy Pammy's beagle. Noah is talking up a storm, he can say a few sentences or phrases like, "I did it!", "Mama make ba ba," and lots of other cute words. Whenever we ask him if he loves us, he usually says no. Which is hilarious, because "NO!" has been his favorite word for at least a few months. He also will say "Nite, nite," "Bye bye", "bright light", and too many more to mention. His favorite toy is trains of any kind, and Elmo. He loves to watch Thomas the Train video's and bounce up and down in his rocker yelling "Choo choo!". Overall, I'm loving being his mommy, and it's fun to see him grow every day. There is a little bit of snow on the ground from yesterday, and I'm recovering from the flu. So really you guys should be impressed that I'm doing this with a headache and feeling basically crummy! I know a thousand violins are playing all over the world I'm sure~! Well I will strive to blog more than once a year!! I love you guys!!!

I love my piano! Thanks Husby!!

I recieved my birthday present early! Steven bought me a piano for my birthday. I was so excited. I recently recieved my calling in my new ward, primary pianist. It was a hassle to borrow a key and practice at the church. Definitely the best birthday present ever! It is a used Thompson upright piano, but definitely great for a starter piano. All of the keys work, as well as the pedals. It needs to be tuned after the move on Friday, but it's been great. I practice a few times a day just because I have really missed playing! It's been about 5 years since I've played o a regular basis, so I was a little nervous about accepting my calling. But primary is pretty laid back. I can't believe I will be 33 in a couple of weeks!! I'm sure it will be a new stage of maturity and prosperity for the White House!

Noah is finally sleeping through the night!

Refreshed? What? Energy? Never thought those words would describe me! Hurray! Sleep is now a great thing. Noah is sleeping through the night. My pediatrician told me to buy Steven ear plugs and tough it out. Previously, I would get up as soon as I heard Noah give a peep. Steven leaves for work around 5:30 a.m. So I worried that Noah would wake him up. But since the pediatrician gave me the green light, I decided to give it my best shot. Noah cried the first night for about an hour, but after that he would only cry for a couple of minutes. Halleluja! Now Noah doesn't wake up crying at all, and I have only been doing "Operation Nite-Nite" for four days. Seriously.......I wish I would have tried this approach when he was 3-6 months old. Yikes! I guess what everyone says is true, babies definitely don't come with a manual and yes I have to learn everything the hard way!!
**pronouns have been changed to please the reading public.........^^

***And yes this blurb is describing "Noah Woah"....not his daddy! Just clarifying for my favorite reader "tr" (I look forward to more comments!)

Happy 1st Birthday Noah!

I love playing with my birthday balloons!

Beep Beep! Look mommy, my very first car!

Look Allie! My blue ball is almost as big as me!

I loved opening all my fun presents! Thanks Matt and Abby!

Wow! What a cool tool box! Thanks Jackson and Baylee!

I love being one! I get to open all of these presents and play with my cousins. Even though I'm not that old, I know how to party!! Now that I'm one I weigh 18 pounds 3 ounces, I'm 29 inches tall, and my head is about 45 centimeters around. I love looking at board books, and dancing with my mommy to the elmo song. On a nice day I like to swing in my rocket ship that hangs from a tree in the backyard. I love going to the pet store and looking at all of the animals. Puppies are my favorite, and we bark at each other! I can make mommy laugh by hissing like a snake and smiling. I still love to giggle and go really fast in my walker outside on the sidewalk. I'm pretty brave like Daddy, I'm not even afraid of the dark! I love to give everyone kisses with my mouth open, and when mommy dips me when we are dancing I laugh really hard! I miss my Grammy Pammy, she is the best! I hope I can see Mommy's family in Washington soon.......I love being one!

Happy 1st Birthday Noah!

Noah had such a fun party with all of his Utah Cousins!

Noah had a teddy bear cake all to himself...Yummy!!

Mommy and Daddy had fun decorating for the party!

Mommy had fun making Noah's birthday party cake

Mommy's very first attempt at decorating Noah's birthday bear cake!

Noah turned one on Saturday March 7th. He invited all of his cousins to come and celebrate with him. He had fun blowing out his candle, and really enjoyed having his very own cake to eat, yummy! We had fun playing games like charades, pin the nose on the teddy bear, and balloon relay. Grandma White even joined in on the fun!

White Family Update!

I'm just hanging out! I love my bear Sunny, he's the coolest!

Why am I so happy? I'm turning one on Saturday!!

Hurray!! I'm going to be one soon!

Noah took his first three steps yesterday! He loves to go with Mama to the library to check out muppet movies and lots of board books. His favorite thing to do is sit down on the carpet and look at his farm animal flap book. We like to play hide and go seek. Yesterday he ate ravioli all by himself. It was very messy, but fun! Hurray!! Steven is still working full time at the University of Utah Emergency Room, and is anticipating the start of PA school in May at the University of Utah. He loves to spend his free time fly fishing. I am going to start subbing for the Salt Lake City school district a couple days of week. I have fun taking Noah for walks to the Bountiful temple, such amazing views! Time has really flown by, I can't believe that Noah will be turning one on Saturday!!! We are planning on having a party with Steven's family. I will be attempting to make Noah a teddy bear cake, because his favorite toy is his teddy bear Sunny. Hopefully his birthday will be fun for everyone! I hope that everyone has a great week!

I'm a happy boy....specially after a good lunch!

Noah fought eating baby food until he was 10 months old. He ate baby food for about a month and now he is eating big boy food. He really loves to eat homemade macaroni, yogurt, and grilled cheese sandwiches. He doesn't care much for carrots. He is having his year old check up next month. I just weighed him a couple of days ago and he weighed in at 18 pounds. I decided he needs to chubb up, so I have started feeding him waffles for breakfast. He loves them of course!

Family Pics From My January Trip To Seattle.....

Here are some of the only pics that I was able to take in Seattle. Sorry there aren't pics of everyone! If we can afford it, hopefully I will be back in the summer for Rachel's farewell. I promise to be a picture snapping fiend.

I luv my Auntie Rachel!

I was at a chili cook-off with my mama. She said it was too spicy for my young tummy! Uncle Troy had to eat lots of chili and corn bread to decide who had the best. Aunti Rachel and I had lots of fun....can't you tell? Mama didn't take very many pictures on our trip to see her family in Seattle. I had a lot of fun playing with Kaya and Elizabeth. I was really excited to play with Riley and Boots too! I slept through my visits with Papa B and Kong Ju. It was past my bedtime! While mama got her haircut I got to play with my Auntie Melissa and Jacob. I hope we can come back to Seattle really soon.

Never before seen Halloween Pics of Noah!

Ok, I realize that I haven't been the best blogger, so you are going to see some photo's that havent' ever been posted. I thought it was cute the Norah was also a pea in a pod for Halloween. Too bad I don't know how to photo shop them together! I hope you enjoy the pics! Kudos!

WE WANT SUMMER BACK!!!! WINTER IS BORING!!!!

Splish, Splash, I Was Taking A Bath!

Noah is now 10 months old, and thriving in our new digs in Bountiful. He is really enjoying life. Some achievements of late are sitting up on his own, crawling very quickly, and pulling himself up into a standing position. He really enjoys a good bubble bath.....just like his mama! He is quick to laugh and loves to play outside when its no too cold outside. Tonight he ate mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner, and enjoyed getting potatoes all over including little baby flecks in his eyelashes. He can say Da Da, and has said mama only a couple of times. (Sniff, sniff!) Steven began his interviews for the PA program at the Universty Of Utah, and he will finish interviewing tomorrow. We are feeling hopeful that we will get in so that we don't have to move to Portland, Maine. Kudo's to Tod and Annatha who have moved countless times with their little family. I have decided moving isn't for the faint of heart!
